We operate across the UK, Ireland and Europe, delivering a discreet, expert and legally compliant service to solicitors, law firms, businesses and private clients.
We are ICO-registered (ICO No: C1292310) and conduct all work in full compliance with UK GDPR and data protection legislation.
Justin McGibbon — Director
With over 11 years of experience in the private investigation industry, Justin McGibbon has built Priority Process into a respected provider of international process serving and investigative services. Beginning his career in an administrative role within the industry, Justin developed deep expertise across all aspects of legal support and investigations before establishing Priority Process as its director.
Justin is a Welfare Officer for the World Association of Professional Investigators (WAPI), where he is dedicated to supporting the well-being of fellow investigators, upholding professional standards and fostering a supportive community within the profession.
Justin is honoured to hold membership of two of the most esteemed bodies in the investigative profession:

- Member — World Association of Detectives (WAD)
